An 18-storey building in Khartoum has been gutted by a fire, as clashes between the Sudanese armed forces and rival paramilitary forces enters its sixth month.
Footage shared on social media showed the Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company Tower in Sudan’s capital smouldering as flames licked one side of the building producing giant plumes of smoke.
